If it appears that the tailgating or alcohol in the parking lot is not allowed, I may decide to go to Texas instead even if St. Louis is closer. The parking lot at St. Louis looks like it would be great for tailgating. :dunno:

Sometimes they make an exception for Buffett. We may not have an answer though before tickets go on sale.

In 2011 I think they finally opened the lot around 3:00PM. By then, there was a line of cars as far as you could see. Maybe that played into their decision to open when they did. As far as I could tell, the police only cracked down on glass containers.
