So bummed about this because we're going to be on vacation in Florida this week.

Apparently so. I didn't know it had changed again.

I got this off of the Ticket Master website for Hollywood Casino.

"The on-site parking lot opens 2 hours prior to ticketed showtime."

"Tailgate parties and consumption of alcoholic beverages in the parking lot are prohibited."

The last time he was in St Louis (2011 I think it was), the lot opened at 3pm (or maybe 4?) and they didn't enforce the No Drinking rule.

The lousy tailgating was part of the reason Jimmy didn't go to STL for a while. Then they loosened up and Jimmy came back. Tailgating was then good for a while. Now they are putting the clamps on it again. Tailgating is such a huge part of the experience, I don't get it.
