Discover Boating, the U.S. recreational boating industry’s non-profit awareness program, recently polled its Facebook fans for their top boating songs and Jimmy Buffett’s “A Pirate Looks at Forty” topped the list. He also placed at number 5 and 6:

  2. Styx – “Come Sail Away”
  3. Craig Morgan – “Redneck Yacht Club”
  4. Crosby, Stills & Nash – “Southern Cross”
  5. Alan Jackson and Jimmy Buffett – “It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere”
  6. Zac Brown Band and Jimmy Buffett – “Knee Deep”
  7. Kenny Chesney – “Boats”
  8. Beach Boys – “Sloop John B
  9. Lyle Lovett – “If I Had A Boat”
