Residents of South Carolina can now get an official Parrothead vanity license plate:

The South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles announced Tuesday, the release of six new specialty license plates.

The fee for the Parrotthead license plate is $30 every two years in addition to the regular motor vehicle registration fee. The Parrotthead plate is available to the general public and has no special requirements for acquiring the plate. Proceeds from the plate will be used to support the Palmetto Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association and the Upstate SC Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. This plate is available in SCDMV field offices or through the mail.

I just paid the highest price for 3 Buffett tickets on-line, and the best seats were in the nosebleed section! How do I get better seats?? Was there a pre-sale, and if so, how do I find out about this for future events?
