Biloxipictures.com has an artist rendering of the Margaritaville Casino and Resort that is currently under construction in Biloxi, Mississippi:

I don’t think that is a final concept, as the resort is being built directly on the Gulf and takes up about 4 blocks. Grand Casino has (had) a webcam for the construction (silent since Oct ’08) and the foundation looks nothing like the pic above. That is a sharp looking hotel though.

This is indeed not the Margaritaville concept. It is the original Bacaran Bay concept for the proposed development just East of I-110 in Biloxi. The development pictured is on Caillavet Street. Margaritaville is on Hwy. 90.

Yea Yippie everyone wrote in MS on their shirts, but what about our front beach and that trash that was left behind from a FAILED bussiness deal that end up in Biloxi that we have to look at daily. Print some dam tshirt to get that cleaned up it is a Margaritaville project or remove the name so Jimmy is not tarnished by it here in Biloxi! Someone Help us PLEASE

That is not the Bacaran Bay concept but a casino concept on Bayview Ave. between The Old Brick House and Boomtown Casino.
