Biloxipictures.com has an artist rendering of the Margaritaville Casino and Resort that is currently under construction in Biloxi, Mississippi:

I don’t think that is a final concept, as the resort is being built directly on the Gulf and takes up about 4 blocks. Grand Casino has (had) a webcam for the construction (silent since Oct ’08) and the foundation looks nothing like the pic above. That is a sharp looking hotel though.
This is indeed not the Margaritaville concept. It is the original Bacaran Bay concept for the proposed development just East of I-110 in Biloxi. The development pictured is on Caillavet Street. Margaritaville is on Hwy. 90.
