Hemisphere Dancer Made of Snow

The Winter Carnival opened in St. Paul today (1/26), and sculptures normally created in ice have been made of giant snow mounds similar to sand castle building. This is the Margaritaville sculpture that includes palm trees and the Hemisphere Dancer. Inspiration for the next big snow storm!
