Jimmy Buffett’s License To Chill comes in at No. 54 on Billboard’s Billboard 200 year-end chart for 2004.

More impressive, it finishes the year at No. 8 on the Top Country Albums chart of 2004.

“Piece of Work” to be Next Single

According to Steve Huntington, DJ for Radio Margaritaville, “Piece of Work,” Buffett’s duet with Toby Keith, will be the next single released off of License to Chill.

“Hey Good Lookin'” and “Trip Around the Sun” have been released off the album so far.

New JB Song, Great Cause

Marlo Thomas is spearheading a project called “Thanks and Giving: All Year Long” consisting of a book and a CD to which Jimmy has contributed a new song called “Attitude of Gratitude.”

In the spirit of its founder, the legendary Danny Thomas, all proceeds from this project benefit St. Jude’s Childrens Research Hospital in Memphis, the world’s leader in the research and treatment of childhood catastrophic diseases.
