Can any of the mods here give me an email address or other way to contact the people who are in charge of the concert tours?

As you may know my daughter donated 65% of her liver to save my life. I am taking her to see JB in Las Vegas on the 22nd and I would like to try and do something special for her. She has been attending Buffett concerts with me for over 20 years and loves them. I can't afford to get her front row seats or any VIP stuff but I'd just like to see if anyone can help me thank her in this small way...

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

That has info on how to contact Jimmy's management. Live Nation is the actual promoter for his concerts, I believe. I don't have contact info for them, but if you go to their website, it should be on there, probably at the bottom of the page.

I hope you're able to work something out, your daughter has definitely earned it! Glad you and she are both doing so well!

Yeah try the management company. Would be cool if something special could be done because your daughter did something incredible

I just got off the phone with the Buffett people and no joy...

I got the old "If he does it for your daughter..." excuse...

Bummer. But I can tell you that I get 2-3 emails a week from people that want to see if Buffett would do something special for their friend or family member that has got cancer, or is becoming an Eagle Scout, etc. So I'm sure he gets those requests a lot.

and I understand that but when I go to a concert and see his PH club guys on stage and in the first three rows at every show I just wonder if his people insulate him a bit too much from these kind of requests and just give out goodies...

I'm over it and going to have a good time anyway...

In defense of the Parrothead Club's... we were the host club for the Raleigh show and our seats were nowhere near the front. Well maybe the front of the last section before the lawn...Also the club's are not allowed to get any perks from JB or his management. Hell we can't even get autographed stuff to raffle off at events through him, have to use EBay! The clubs can't even contact JB, it's in the PHiP By-Laws...

I think that due to his popularity he has to insulate himself or he'd be overwhelmed with requests legitimate and otherwise.

After all, it's all about having a good time!

Thanks Doc, I can only go by what I see at the concerts mainly in California...

Maybe these guys just pop big money to the brokers for the good seats. I have nothing but respect for the clubs. They are fun and philanthropic I went to a couple of local events but I'm not a joiner...

Like I said I'm over it and J and I will have a great time in Vegas...
