Useless but important information - 6/10 in Frisco, TX?

I got an e-mail from Frisco Parking (the big open fields just east of Toyota Stadium in Frisco, TX) that reads as follows:

"A reliable source says that Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band will be playing at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, TX on June 10th, 2017. An official announcement will be out soon along with ticket on sale information."
Jacksonville, FL - 4/20/95
Jones Beach, NY - 8/31/10
Frisco, TX - 5/28/16
Frisco, TX - 6/10/17

Actually I have seen that date before and just in case, have now made my hotel reservations. Most hotels around the stadium are already sold out.

Cool, but hope there is an Amex presale again this year. Won't spend over $200 each from a resale site or scalper.
