Well since I live in a town of 150,000, we don't get that big of bands.

Sawyer Brown is coming to the fair though, I'd like to go to that one. I have seen them once and they put on a great show. They have recorded a few Mac songs, such as Cafe on the Corner and All These Years.

Not really. About the biggest we get is at the fair. Brad Paisley came last year, he was real good. Mark Chesnutt too. Then some of the newcomers in country will come play the honky tonks here. Dierks Bentley was here recently and Josh Gracin is coming soon.

Gotta go to St Louis to see Kenny Chesney or big acts like that

Not sure why that is, some of these bands (Ryan Adams, Gourds, DBTs) are among my favorites.

Well thats all good and fine if it works for you..................... Hmmmmm, well maybe thats not such a bad thing as all of the bigger acts will be playing the same generic set lists the entire tour.................

I have no idea about that as most of the major tours aren't even underway yet so I have no idea what their sets will be like. The only two I'm aware of that I'd even like to see are the Stones and McCartney but if the prices are what I think they're going to be, I'll pass. I'm not even a McCartney fan but he plays just enough Beatles that I'd go see him. Otherwise I'm perfectly content to see the artists I previously mentioned (and that was only the short list) in much smaller venues at much more reasonable prices. Oh, another major tour package I wouldn't mind seeing is Cheap Trick/Alice Cooper. I've seen the Trick many times but not the Coop. Unfortunately I've heard that's going to be another high price ticket tour so I'm liable to pass on that one too but I'd love to see Alice Cooper since I never saw him back in the 70s.

Well I certainly know for me that ticket prices are going to play a huge part as to what shows I'm gonna see............... I was just looking at all of my ticket stubs I have in one big frame.............A 1989 concert featuring Bon Jovi, Skid Row, Billy Squier & Sam Kinison all on the same bill was $21.00........................
