I really liked this album, it was sort of a transition album for the Coral Reefers, mainly just guest musicians. I was also recorded in 10 different locations and had 4 bass players. Still I thought is was a good follow-up to Floridays. My favs from this one are Great Heart, L'Air de la Louisiane, King of Somewhere Hot, Pre-You, and Bring Back the Magic.

Not one of my favorites and pretty low on the rung as far as Buffett releases go but it still has it's redeeming qualities for me such as: "Short Skirt", "Prince of Tides" and "That's What Living Is To Me".

Yeah, I like that one, I was just picking a few examples. Not a big fan of "King of Somewhere Hot" and quite a few others on there though.

Still not as much synthesizer as Off to See the Lizard though.

But although I did not really love it, it was the sound for the time............ Jimmy trying to ride parallel with the new wave sound back then..........

"Bring Back the Magic", "Prince of Tides", and "That's What Living is to Me" are all gems. "Great Heart" is good too, however I like the original Johnny Clegg version much better. However, I think the rest of the album isn't that great. I hate to be so harsh, but I had to give this a 1. Sorry Jimmy, but we all know you're better than that.

I'm a fan of the Johnny Clegg version too, but it was only because of the Hot Water version that I discovered Clegg's music.
