Jimmy will be performing at the Barclay's Center in Brooklyn NY on New Years Eve, part of the concert will be included in the annual Rockin New Years TV special hosted by Ryan Seacrest on ABC

Where's the pre-game at? The only thing I can find online about anything sort of official are the all-inclusive packages at the 40/40 Club and Billboard Lounge, but it didn't seem like those were Buffett endorsed like the pool party in Vegas.
