There's no presale listed on Ticketmaster. Amphitheaters usually don't have presales. Usually only "special" venues like soccer stadiums, arenas, have presales.

There was pressale and the tickets sold out immediately today.....they are over $100 on stubhub!

No it is not. Pine Knob (DTE Music Theater) is associated with Palace Sports and Entertainment.
