Who voiced the Narrator in Gypsies In The Palace??

Does anyone know the answer to this??
--- Whose voice is the Narrator of the opening Dialogue poem in the song Gypsies In The Palace??
I was listening to Jimmy's old 1985 album Last Mango in Paris, and this British-sounding Narrator voice sounded a Lot like PATRICK STUART!!
Glenn Frey co-wrote the song with Jimmy, and HE speaks at the end of the song with Jimmy, but WHO speaks at the BEGINNING??
Let me know if any of you know for sure. I researched it on the web and had no luck finding the answer!!!
