Does anyone know if there will be tailgating at the Dos Equis Pavilion in June?

Here is the tailigating information for Dos Equis Pavilion as posted on the Live Nation website:
FOR JIMMY BUFFETT ON JUNE 8, 2019: Tailgating WILL be allowed – the lots open at 9AM the day of the show. RV parking will also be allowed in Lot 11 - enter in Gate 11.
RV Parking is $60 for (4) parking spaces. Additional spaces require an additional fee.
