I don't know about you guys, but I can't get through a day without music...I listen to either various different artists every day, or I'll sometimes go on a marathon or mini-marathon of one particular artist's catalog. I think a thread like this will help us get to know everybody's musical tastes better. You can post Buffett albums in it too, sure...but it's meant for all the various things that we all listen to. (I typically listen to at least two, but sometimes as many as six or seven full albums, in a day).

As I'm writing this it's 9:00 AM on a Sunday, and I'm just listening to my first album of the day (Son of a Son of a Sailor). So I'll post yesterday's platters first:

Rush- All the World's a Stage (1976)
Zoot Sims- The Modern Art of Jazz (1956)
Jimmy Buffett- One Particular Harbour (1983)

I have a friend in New Jersey who is a major Alice Cooper fan. I never was before I met my friend, and he has turned me on to him somewhat. I haven't gotten outside of the '70s albums yet, haha, but I know he's done some great stuff in the later years, too.

I love Hot Water, too! Good call.

Another one from yesterday for me:

Joni Mitchell- Don Juan's Reckless Daughter (1977)

I listened to CILCIA all the way through recently. That was great.

Other than that I can't recall the last time I listened to an entire album all the way through. It's been quite a while and it was probably Jason Isbell's new LP.

Interesting...I've always been a full-album-experience kind of guy. Different strokes for different folks, though.

Today, for me:

Marc Ford and the Neptune Blues Club- The Vulture (2016) (just released on Friday)
Judas Priest- Killing Machine (1979)
Rush- Hemispheres (1978)
Iron Maiden- Somewhere in Time (1986)
