With the new tour dates being announced shortly (with any luck) :roll: How about un-stickying all of the current stickies from shows that have already happened in the Tour Dates thread to make room for new announcements?

Hey Josh why not have a Uranus....uh, I mean Astronomy Forum. Seems like there are enough topics for it's own forum and they'd be easier to find.

I was thinking of adding it to Aviation. Like changing the name of it to "Air and Space" or "Aviation and Space"

I'm a lazy bastard so don't shoot me if I'm repeating, but I know there is a lot of video, photos, and bootleg concert recordings out there. We have the technology, so I would love to see a lot more sharing and trading of what we have. I plan on dedicating my "Teacher Summer Off" to organizing my files, putting together some compilations, creating some DVD's, and would love to trade/share what I have. ilph has started some of this, and I can't encourage you enough to jump on the bandwagon and get on some of these vines, the generosity is outstanding. I know that some of the sound quality is outstanding, and some are less than desireable, however, they are all treasures. Captured moments in time that bring back a lot of memories.

One of the best parts of this site is the Archives, I know we all have treasures, so let's get those articles, photos, and set lists up in the archives. I must have 50+ stage setlists in my collection, I will have to spend some time scanning them in and posting them.

To piggyback off of what Brian said, we could make a BW ftp site where concerts could be uploaded to the site and anyone who wanted to download and burn the shows to CD for themselves could do so.

I wouldn't be able to handle that with my current hosting plan. Shows are huge and take up a lot of space and use a lot of bandwidth :?
