Evening, world!
Closed on our house late Friday, so we've been mighty busy since then. Spent a bunch of money at Lowe's, tore out a bunch of carpet, pulled up those annoying carpet tack strips, and did lots of painting. Should finish up the painting tomorrow. Also going to start laying the new floor tomorrow. Want to have it ready to start moving in on Thursday. Gonna be a mighty busy week.

What flooring you putting in? Wood laminate?

Yeah, wood laminate. We used it in our old house in Riverton, IL and really liked it. Easy to care for, looks good, lasts forever.

We put some in our old house too. It was great
