Got 2-5 inches of snow today, great.

Upper 70's and sunny here today. It was a gorgeous day to be outdoors.
Looks like I'm finally buying a house! Third time's the charm, I guess. The first two houses we tried to buy had multiple offers and we got outbid. Not this time, though! Inspection is Thursday, assuming all goes well, we'll finally have our own house down here!
