I think that this development is going to be more significant than many people realize. Call it Jimmy's version of Branson, I'd expect that Jimmy and the Reefers and other Buffettesque acts will play here and we'll travel to see them, rather than them traveling to play for us.
I live 30 minutes north of Branson

Oops. <as I sneak slowly out of the room ...>
Seriously, I've never been to Branson but friends of mine from the touring motorcycle circles put on an annual gig and ride there every year. Branson must be doing something right and the concept is sound, even if country and western isn't exactly my preference.
I was never that into casinos and such but after dating several gals that liked to gamble (and hell, if they are with me, that's a gamble right there

) I figured that I'd better get used to the idea of casinos.
Finally, I always thought that motorhomes were a sign of getting elderly. Until we hit middle aged and wanted to seriously get out on the road and explore a bit past our wonderful state of Floriduh.
Roll it all together and we have to laugh about these things. But I can see that this will be a wonderful place assuming <drum roll here> Jimmy doesn't lose his ass on this one. So I'm actually looking forward to this "Margaritaville for other tastes." I think that it's going to fit right in as those of us that were following him when we were 30 now start to get a bit older.
But from what I've seen he has an excellent sense of when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em. I'm thinkin' this place is going to be a ton of fun!
