Depends on what audio format you use on your MAC. The audio files are recorded in MP3 format by the person that does the recording. So you would most likely have to download them and then convert them to MAC format using an audio file converter

For FTP, I recommend using
Filezilla. It is free and available for Windows, Mac, and Linux.
Once you install Filezilla, use the FTP logon info below to download the shows in just a few clicks.
