He won't come out and say he isn't doing Frisco. If you remember back during the 2015 tour he skipped a bunch of cities that are part of his usual stops and did some new cities and then in 2016 he stopped at most of the usual stops he missed in 2015.

I don't know about now but when Corona used to be the sponsor and I know they do it this way on Kenny Chesney's tour. Some are given away in radio station contests and give-aways. Most of them are beer distributors and guests or for corporations that are sponsors at the venue.
