-“License to Chill” featured many top country stars.
-3 singles were released, “Hey Good Lookin’” - #8 Billboard Country Charts, #1 CMT Top 20 Videos, “Trip Around the Sun” - #20 Billboard Country Charts, #1 CMT Top 20 Videos, and “Piece of Work”.
-The album was Jimmy’s first #1 album, charting at #1 on the Billboard Country Charts and #1 on the Billboard 200.
-3 songs were cut from the album, “Fools Paradise”, “Weather With You”, and “Like Cats and Dogs.”
