I really wish they would finish this project or demolish it. As a resident I deeply resent the eyesore they have left us with. We have 26 miles of beautiful beaches and then this mess just before you leave the county. The connecting grand casino’s walkways to nowhere and towering concrete and steel just rusting away, blocking the ocean view. Thanks Jimmy…..

No, not good! As a Jimmy Buffet fan and Gulf Coast resident I was looking forward to the opening of the Margaritaville Casino in Biloxi! This casino would have meant new jobs for area residents at a time when the US economy is struggling and people are out of work. I really don’t know why Bubba Ross claims that the Casino business is sleazy. I have been to many nice casinos, and I do not find them sleazy at all. In fact many have world class restaurants and high end shopping….I really hope work continues on Margaritaville very soon! I enjoy going to the Margaritaville in New Orleans, but it would be really nice to be able to stay at a Margaritaville resort.

Good! Does Jimmy really need to be in the sleazy casino business anyway. How much money is enough money? It’s bad enough that Margaritaville (Key West) has turned from a cool experience to another tourist trap food chain.
