“Hello Dallas, Frisco, wherever we came from!” started stop number three on the Year Of Still Here Tour in Frisco, Texas.

Returning to Pizza Hut Park for the second time in two years, the first set was almost the same as St. Louis, the lone difference being Mac McAnally jumping in with “The City” while Jimmy took a short break.

The second set was similar as well, however “Piece of Work” replaced “Scarlet Begonias” in the set. “Work,” last played in Las Vegas last October, was dedicated via Radio Margaritaville to Will Kimbrough, the song’s writer.

The first encore again featured “Fins” and the Bob Dylan classic “Rainy Day Women #12 and 35,” but this time “Another Saturday Night” followed it, the first time it had been played since Tampa last November. For the second encore, “Stories We Could Tell” made its tour debut, its first performance since the Glendale show earlier this month.

Jimmy needs to go back to Reunion Arena or Starplex where they know how to control a crowd. The security at Pizza Hut Park this year was a joke! There was not enough security to control the people in the isles and those of us who had seats in the front on the floor were pushed from our seats, we paid for by people who should of been located 25 rows back! When security saw they could not control the crowd they gave up! This was my 22nd Buffett concert and I am sad to say that the out of control situation made it worst Buffett concert I have ever been to! You can’t enjoy a concert when people are crowding you out of your seat, hitting, pushing, spilling drinks on you when you are just tring to stand or sit where you paid for! I called Pizza Hut Park on the following Monday and all they could say is they are sorry and were aware of the problem (they even called in Frisco Police) I never saw a Police officer in our section D seat 28 isle, row 13). Jimmy’s voice has always made me smile in the worst of circumstances, this time he really had to work at it!
