Jimmy Buffett can now add another thing to his ever-expanding list of business ventures…. horse racing. Last Mango Stables was formed this summer and the horse Pulaski County debuted Wednesday with a third place finish at the Fairgrounds in New Orleans.
PC, as the horse is more affectionately known, is co-owned by several people, including Payton, Saints quarterback Drew Brees and Mr. Margaritaville Jimmy Buffett.

I have heard this horse was hurt and could not long race however the personnel was looking for a good home for him. Pulaski County the part owned Buffett horse do you know anyhting about this?
